Support Blue Spruce Toolworks

As part of the Blue Spruce Toolworks June newsletter, Dave Jeske wrote that he is hoping to apply for a small business grant this year that will help grow his business. An excerpt from the newsletter is below, with instructions on how to support this effort by voting for Blue Spruce Toolworks at the grant provider’s website. He needs 250 votes to have his application reviewed. Thanks to the folks at Woodnet, he is almost there, but I’m betting the more votes he can get – 500? 1,000?, the better it will look in his application. We need more small business owners like Dave (whether it’s making tools, clothes, widgets, or whatever). He is an honest businessman making beautifully crafted woodworking tools, and he is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. You will need a Facebook account to login and vote (admit it, someone in your family has one). It only takes a minute, won’t cost you a penny, and Dave very much appreciates the support.
I am applying for a small business grant which will help me move into a larger shop and bring out many new products. In order to qualify and have my application reviewed, I need to get 250 votes for Blue Spruce Toolworks. If you would like to help, please visit the Mission: Small Business website and sign-in using Facebook. Click the link on the right hand side of the page that says “Log-in and Support”. After signing in, type in “Blue Spruce Toolworks” for the company name and hit the search button. It will then show information for Blue Spruce Toolworks and you can place your vote. If we happen to win you can look forward to some great changes beginning in the fall. I will be sure to blog about any newsworthy updates. Thank you very much!!.
